As an accomplished business leader with decades of professional experience creating, managing and enabling high performing management teams driving success in both private and publicly traded companies, I have lived through the highs and lows of growing and scaling companies. In that time, I have built a deep reservoir of experience and capabilities in defining strategy, aligning teams around a core purpose, and implementing systems of execution and accountability throughout an organization. My business expertise is complemented and enhanced by a prior career as a corporate/transaction attorney and public-company general counsel.

I have seen the effectiveness of the Scaling Up methods and tools as a CEO, and have experienced first-hand the value of engaging a coach to drive adoption and implementation of the Scaling Up methodology. With that bank of knowledge and experience, and having been trained and certified by the Scaling Up Coaches organization, I now pursue my passion for helping others succeed by offering coaching services to a diverse set of growth companies. These services are customized and include helping them implement Scaling Up in a manner that facilitates their strategic thinking and execution across their organizations. I understand the challenges that growth companies face across the domains of people, strategy, execution and cash, and help CEOs and their management teams learn to do things right and solve their most critical business problems.
