Then we will work together to create a series of recurring meetings in which we will introduce your team to the Scaling Up tools and work through them to design a clear and compelling strategy for your business.

We will also use these meetings to instill a culture of transparency and accountability in which team members will all agree to be accountable to each other and to achieving the company goals we will set together.
